Denise Riches of Hindmarsh Valley Dairy at Leos Fine Food and Wine, Sat. 16th April
Hindmarsh Valley Dairy is located in South Australia about an hour out of Adelaide. Denise farms her own goats and produces dairy and cheese products using both cow and goat milks. Denise practices sustainable farming and the ethical treatment of her animals. A founding member of Fair Ethical Dairy Australia (FED AUST), Denise will be available to talk about her fine range of cheese and dairy products as well as launch for the first time in Leos, the FED AUST milk range providing customers with an informed choice.
