Bottega Rotolo Victoria was established in February 2010 by Stefano and Sarah Angelini who live for food and wine with a particular passion for all things Italian. With previous employment in the restaurant trade and the fine food and wine wholesaling business, this has proved to be very good grounding for them in their new business in Victoria. Products represented include premium and artisan quality dry goods, wines and cheese, from European and specialty Australian producers. Bottega Rotolo is a proud supplier to fine food and wine stores, chefs and restaurateurs.
Sarah and Stefano have travelled extensively throughout Italy and Europe and met many suppliers on their travels. They understand the importance of a quality product and know the significance of having up to date product knowledge to share with their customers. In the Angelini’s own words “Our dedication is a personal one, we believe in the quality of our products and we proudly represent them to the Victorian market. We embrace the family traditions and artisan techniques of our suppliers and know that what we have is something real”
